DRYLAND TRAINING

| registration coming this Spring | This program is available to all juniors, ages 12-18, interested in working on ski specific strength and endurance during the off-season, in a fun learning environment. You can register and pay for the training online. You'll be asked to bring the signed medical consent to the first event. |

The schedule for JNs 2013 (Fairbanks) will be one week later than usual (March 11-17) and the daily race schedule has changed (for a one-time trial period): Monday- Interval Skate Race, Tuesday- Relay Classic and midweek Awards, Wednesday- Off, Thursday- Skate Sprint, Friday- Off, Saturday- Mass Start Classic and Awards
