Ski Hill Lodge Application For Use

The historic Ski Hill Lodge is available for rent for private gathering outside of normal LWSC operations.  View our rates and rental information before filling out the application below.  You can also check our availability online (which is subject to change frequently).  For questions please email events@skileavenworth.com. 

Icicle River Trail Office: Daily 8 am-2 pm
Ski Hill Office: Wed. & Fri. 3-8 pm and Sat. & Sun. 9:30 am-6 pm

Officially, the ski and snowshoe trails do not close. However, LWSC discourages skiing unlit trails after dark. You may deposit payments in the trail fee boxes located at the trailheads if you use trails when ticket locations are closed.

Nordic Etiquette
Do not ski directly behind the snowcats or during grooming hours of 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.  The snow requires 1 hour of "set time" after grooming.  Skiing directly behind the groomer drives our staff crazy and spoils the ski conditions for others.

The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the L.W.S.C., its appointed and elected officials, volunteers and employees while acting within the scope of their duties as such, from and against all claims, demands, loss, liability of any kind and character, including costs of defense, arising out of or in any way connected with the Renter’s use of the ski hill lodge specified in this agreement. This form should be signed and returned to the L.W.S.C. prior to any use by the Renter covered by this agreement.
